We are looking for a senior corporate lawyer with expertise in public and private M&A, private equity, and commercial law.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of four years' post-qualification experience at a firm ranked as top tier for corporate law.
- Ideal recent in-house legal experience at a leading financial services institution or corporate (directly or as a secondee).
- A desire to take ownership of their career and be responsible for their own professional development and network, proactively making use of any support and resources available.
- A research-based understanding of the personal and financial factors that come into play when commencing a career as a legal consultant, and comfort with how it differs from permanent employment.
- A commitment to building a positive and productive relationship with Peerpoint, including having a transparent, open, and responsive style of communication.
