The successful candidate will support the Department Head in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, focusing on cash control, sales accounting processes, and general ledger reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate sales documents, authorise final vehicle releases, and process refunds.
- Review daily collections and deposits, scrutinise GL control accounts for exceptions, and facilitate refund processes beyond delegated authority.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems.
