About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Coordinator cum PRO to join our dynamic team at EN LIGHT ELECTRICAL LIGHTING L.L.C. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be handling administrative coordination and public relations tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in the preparation and management of documents and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Handle office correspondence, including email and phone inquiries.
- Handle all government and legal formalities related to visas, labor contracts, work permits, and company registrations.
- Liaise with government entities, including immigration, labor departments, and other regulatory bodies to ensure company compliance.
- Assist with the preparation of PR documents and applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Represent the company at various events and meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar dual role (Admin/PRO) within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and government relations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
