The role spans across Search Experience, Property Listings, Consumer Engagement & Retention, New Homes Developer Experience, Mortgage Finder, and Native Apps. You will lead a high-caliber engineering team building delightful, performant, and scalable real estate experiences for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Own the overall technology strategy and execution across all consumer-facing platforms—web, iOS, and Android.
  • Team Management: Lead multiple engineering teams and managers across frontend, mobile, and backend disciplines.
  • Platform Ownership: Own and evolve the technology stack supporting consumer products.
  • Scalability & Performance: Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, and resilient.
  • Metrics & Delivery: Establish KPIs for engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
