Job Summary

ALEC Fitout is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to provide support to project management teams, ensuring all project controls and planning requirements are met. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Preparation:
  • Develop detailed project plans, incorporating activities, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with construction managers to ensure accurate programme setup and maintenance
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on project progress against established milestones and deadlines
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including clients and project managers
  • Resource Allocation and KPI Management:
  • Develop and implement effective resource allocation strategies to meet project needs
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPI's) to inform project decisions
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in Engineering or Building and at least 10 years' experience in project planning and control. Excellent organisational and time management skills, combined with strong analytical and communication abilities, are also essential.
