Job Summary

SkyNet Corp Technologies is seeking an experienced Cloud-Based Software Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software components to facilitate integration with front-end applications, translation engines, and content management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement software components to facilitate integration with front end applications, translation engines, and content management systems.
  • Help evolve the e-commerce platform by promoting engineering best practices.
  • Design and implement server-side technologies to scale and deploy custom reports.
  • Monitor and maintain the applications deployed in production.

Requirements:
  1. Proficient understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable, reliable, and always-on applications.
  2. Understanding of DBMS, MSSQL, MYSQL, and how to interface with them.
  3. Familiarity with our technical stacks including Python, Rails, and a good understanding of agile, lean, and DevOps principles.
  4. Interest in and understanding of design principles that enable automated testing/unit testing.
