Job Summary

  • Audit Manager seeks to drive growth and innovation in the audit services team.
About the Role

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality audits that meet client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting senior colleagues in preparing audit strategy
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and building strong working relationships
  • Leading large, technically complex client engagements
  • Negotiating client fees as appropriate
Responsibilities

As a senior member of the audit team, you will be responsible for:

  • Working strategically with the leadership team to drive business growth
  • Developing a strong internal and external network to support business development
  • Involved in the interview process for new hires joining the team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of External Audit experience in a top international firm
  • Professionally qualified (ACA, CPA, ACCA)
  • Strong experience auditing Financial Services institutions, particularly Banks
  • Confident in IFRS, internal controls, and consolidation of financial statements
  • Experience working on complex audits and delegating workloads accordingly
  • Comfortable using audit software and Microsoft packages
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A passion for business development and a desire to develop a strategy for the team
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical skills, and networking skills required
