Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lucy Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment within our facility, ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the site.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
  2. Perform maintenance on Fire protection, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
  3. Carry out minor and major repairs on building structures and systems.
  4. Implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid breakdowns and failures.
  5. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
  6. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
  7. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
  8. Document all installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years' experience in maintenance department.
  • Good exposure to industrial facility maintenance in Gulf region.
