Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate and manage construction activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Ensure that all work is executed in compliance with Contract requirements, Petrofac Management System requirements and associated procedures and all relevant standards and national and international standards, as appropriate.
- Contribute to the development of plans, schedules and estimates for individual work scope.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they are aware of and adhere to project requirements.
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor and equipment.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation and records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering and other departments to ensure that project plans and specifications are met.
- Review and approve construction methods, sequences of works, and inspection and test plans.
