Job Description:

The Trainer is responsible for the coordination and execution of training programs in the Fulfillment Center. This includes evaluating and refining processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness and production across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and refine processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness and production
  2. Assist in driving the success of training plans and supporting the needs of the Fulfillment Center workforce
  3. Deliver Instructor training, observation, and coaching to the AMET standard
  4. Ensure training records are kept up to date through the console
  5. Ensure AMET training materials are kept and delivered against the AMET standard and provide a positive learning experience
  6. Use and analyze data on a daily basis to improve new hire learning experience
  7. Provide feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on their delivery and new hire groups' performance
  8. Complete all tests/audits and track responses
  9. Organize cross-training for operations to support peak skill requirements
  10. Work with operations on a skill matrix to highlight gaps for critical role training
  11. Support operations with the delivery of critical role training
  12. Improve processes from gathering feedback and analyzing data
Basic Qualifications:
  1. 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  2. Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  3. Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  4. English level B1
