You will be responsible for leading a team of pastry chefs and assistants, providing guidance and training to help them develop their skills and achieve the highest standards of quality and consistency.

  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pastry section, ensuring it is always ready for service.
  • Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure that all necessary ingredients are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen teams to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
