">You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive mutual success.
">This role requires strong technical background with experience as a Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales professional.
">You must have in-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure and AWS.
">A proven track record of managing multiple accounts and driving growth in a high-pressure environment is essential.
">Furthermore, you will ensure alignment between client expectations and our service offerings, addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and retention for cloud solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and aligning them with appropriate cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of cloud services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and our service offerings, addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive mutual success.
Qualifications:
">- 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the cloud solutions space.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and driving growth in a high-pressure environment. Established network of clients and contacts within the UAE market.
- Strong technical background with experience as a Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales professional, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or tech company.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure and AWS, and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage senior-level relationships.
