We are seeking a skilled Logistics Trade Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for performing export administration tasks, preparing proforma invoices, and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and inspection companies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Export Administration: Perform export administration tasks, including preparing shipping instructions and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and inspection companies.
  2. Document Preparation: Prepare shipping/export documents (BL, Commercial invoice, COO, Packing list, Cargo tracking notes) to ensure customers' clearance of goods at the destination.
  3. Communication and Follow-up: Provide continuous communication to customers and orders follow-up with suppliers, shipping lines, and banks.
  4. Claims and Invoices: Follow-up potential customers' claims and update and follow-up third parties' invoices' settlement.
  5. Compliance and KPIs: Comply with Internal KPI and back up process.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in international trade and/or logistics is a must.
  • Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) is compulsory with knowledge of ISBP and UCP.
