Role Overview

The Lead Mixologist is responsible for delivering exceptional service and showcasing the pinnacle of hospitality within our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exemplify Professionalism: Maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness in both personal appearance and the bar area.
  • Adhere to Standards: Understand and comply with the Beverage Department's Standard Operating Procedures, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement.
  • Bar Setup: Efficiently prepare the bar at the beginning of service, ensuring all necessary items such as liquor, ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes are in place.
  • Order Management: Process drink orders in the correct sequence, verify the accuracy of orders, and manage billing promptly and effectively.
  • Cocktail Preparation: Craft cocktails in line with the Anantara Resorts & Spas standard beverage manual, utilizing full standard measures.
  • Inventory Control: Receive and verify liquor deliveries against previous requisitions, addressing any discrepancies with the Bar Supervisor.
  • Security Management: Ensure the safety and security of the bar area, remaining present until properly relieved by a colleague.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness by mopping floors, disposing of cans and bottles, and general upkeep of the bar area.

This role is vital in creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects the values of Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas.
