Job Title: Legal Counsel

At PrecisionHire Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our business executives and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Legal Advice: Offer expert legal advice and guidance to our business executives and management team on various matters related to their business, including contracts, compliance, governance, risk management, litigation, and transactions.
  • Support Business Units: Collaborate with our business units to achieve their goals by finding creative and effective solutions to legal problems and implementing processes and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of our legal services.
  • Communicate Legal Risks: Communicate the legal risks and issues involved in any decision to our management team, ensuring that they are aware of the potential consequences of their actions.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with our management team to devise efficient defense strategies and specify internal governance policies.
  • Research and Evaluate Risks: Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations, providing proactive advice on possible legal issues.
  • Communicate with External Parties: Communicate and negotiate with external parties, including regulators, external counsel, public authorities, and other stakeholders, creating relations of trust.
  • Draft and Solidify Agreements: Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
  • Deal with Complex Matters: Deal with complex matters involving multiple stakeholders and forces, providing clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
  • Conduct Work with Integrity: Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility, maintaining current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in law and a juris doctor degree.
  • License or Certification: License or certification to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience: A minimum of five years of external or in-house legal experience.
  • Knowledge: A working knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations that affect the business of the employer.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English written and spoken is a must.
