We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Sales Manager to join our team in the Middle East and Africa region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives through effective sales strategies and tactics.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in related ICT industries. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, and provide expert advice on Rosenberger's Interconnect technology, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives through effective sales strategies and tactics;
  • Provide sales consultation on qualified business opportunities related to Rosenberger's leading RF, Power, Fiber Optic, and Data connectivity technology;
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to drive opportunities from inception through successful implementation;
  • Communicate the value of Rosenberger's Interconnect technology, products, and services to customers and partners;
  • Regularly report on sales pipelines and forecast.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- B.E. / B. Tech in Electronics, Communication, Mechanical or other subjects, and Master's degree is preferred;

- Minimum 5 years' sales or customer management experience in related ICT industries;

- Business experience with global OEMs, Mobile service providers, Distributors, and/or System integrators is preferred;

- Basic knowledge on interconnect technology of RF, power, fiber optic, data is required;

- Good communication skill in English;

- Teamwork spirit and strong coordination capability;

- Good written and presentation skills;
