Job Description:Mechanical Estimation Job Purpose
  • Prepare project HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works scope summary based on the tender documents and plan the estimation activities based on the tender requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Estimation Manager and Estimation Engineers for clarifying scope of works details and for preparation of precise Bill of Quantities and cost estimate.
  • Assess the unspecified requirements and add to the risks logs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in estimating MEP projects HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting for residential and commercial towers and industrial buildings, in the UAE or any other GCC countries.
