About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Irrigation Specialist to join our team at Reliance Career Opportunities. As an Irrigation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and managing irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency and minimize waste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Planning: Develop irrigation system designs based on project requirements, soil conditions, and water availability. Create detailed plans, schematics, and technical specifications for irrigation systems.
  • System Installation and Maintenance: Manage the installation of irrigation systems, including sprinklers, drip lines, pumps, and valves. Oversee the installation and integration of Netafim irrigation systems, including automation components and climate control technology.
  • Project Management: Manage irrigation projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
  • Water Management: Analyze water usage data to optimize irrigation efficiency and minimize waste. Implement water conservation techniques and technologies to promote sustainable water use.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing, installing, and managing irrigation systems.
  • Strong knowledge of irrigation technologies, water management practices, and sustainable solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for irrigation design and management.
Working Conditions
  • The role may require occasional travel to project sites.
