We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with ASME Code, NBIC, and client specifications.
- Review engineering documents and material specifications for accuracy.
- Perform in-process and final inspections, including dimensional checks, weld inspections, and testing.
- Verify compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Document inspection reports and test records accurately.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors and certification bodies for code compliance validation.
- Monitor welding operations and material traceability.
- Enforce adherence to quality management system (QMS) /ISO quality procedures.
- Investigate and resolve non-conformances.
- Certification as a Welding Inspector (AWS-CWI or CSWIP or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2 and related standards.
