Key Responsibilities- Credit Management Expertise: Develop and implement credit management processes, including credit checks, credit limits, and risk assessment, to ensure optimal financial performance.
- SAP FICA and HANA Configuration: Configure and troubleshoot SAP FICA and SAP HANA systems, ensuring seamless integration with banking systems and other business applications.
- Accounts Receivable Experience: Leverage expertise in accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections, to drive business growth and improve cash application and reconciliation.
- Dispute Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes related to credit management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Integration and Troubleshooting: Work with integration of SAP FICA with banking systems, configure and troubleshoot bank-related interfaces and processes.
- Technical Expertise: Possess strong hands-on experience with SAP FICA, SAP HANA, and AWS services, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Education and Certifications: Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or information systems, with a master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP FICA Credit Management processes
- 5+ years of SAP FICA and at least 4+ years with SAP HANA configuration
- At least 5+ years of SAP Accounts Receivable experience specifically with Credit Management and Dispute Management experience
- Strong technical expertise in SAP FICA, SAP HANA, and AWS services
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
