About the Role

As an Assistant Medical Officer, you will be responsible for analyzing claims, reconciling payments, and ensuring compliance with insurance company regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Coordinating with various hospital departments to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted to insurance companies.
  • Analyzing claims to identify potential issues and resolving them efficiently.
  • Working closely with the finance team to reconcile payments and manage claim submissions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance companies to ensure optimal payment processing.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in insurance claims analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
