Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accompanying buyers during property viewings,
  2. Advising clients on the suitability and value of properties they are considering,
  3. Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers,
  4. Identifying customers' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions,
  5. Providing expert advice on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
  6. Preparing necessary documentation (contracts etc),
  7. Staying informed about the real estate market,
  8. Creating detailed listings for properties, including information such as location, features, images, etc.
  9. Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met,
  10. Maintaining fair and honest dealings.
