Job Title: Operations Director

The Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility to ensure efficient production of high-quality food products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules and operations to meet customer requirements and production targets.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and labor, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Maintain operational excellence by optimizing spending on materials, labor, and overhead while achieving financial targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process improvements.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Achieving certification in food safety and quality management would be beneficial.
