We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist to drive engagement and support lead generation within the competitive cybersecurity space.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and craft tailored solutions to meet client needs during the pre-sales phase.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in our cybersecurity solutions, understanding client requirements and helping design appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and present solutions that address client pain points and align with our cybersecurity offerings.
  • Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and deep technical dives to showcase the value of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Assist the sales team in developing technical proposals, including architecture designs, deployment plans, and ROI analysis to provide comprehensive and compelling offerings to clients.
  • Support the preparation of responses to technical inquiries from potential clients (RFPs, RFIs), ensuring the information is accurate and meets client requirements.
  • Manage PoC projects by guiding prospects through testing our solutions to ensure they meet technical requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of delivery results.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating productive client interactions.
  • Proactive approach to identifying client challenges and offering tailored technical solutions.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships with technical decision-makers, understanding their specific needs, and delivering solutions that drive measurable value.
  • At least 3 years of experience working within the UAE, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
