We are seeking a highly skilled A/V Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our audio-visual equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all S&L equipment are clean and properly maintained.
  • Do weekly shifts for the S&L subdepartment.
  • Take responsibility for the S&L equipment.
  • Use sound mixers (digital and analog), CD and USB players, sound processors, and speaker setups (active and passive).
  • Be fully aware of recreation facilities, evening programs, and show timings and concepts.
  • Use S&L equipment like projection systems, visual splitters, build truss construction, wireless microphones, and set up frequencies.
  • Use light desk DMX addresses, program light desk, connect DMX splitter, and manage the show.
  • Maintain an archive for hotel music (entertainment activities, night club, lobby, restaurant, bars).
  • Manage all kinds of meeting and conference guest needs.
  • Play professional music for any kind of guest profile.
  • Manage bands or singers' soundcheck and stage setup, including singer riders.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Certificate in Electrical or Audio Visual is required. Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role are necessary.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate well in English is essential. Knowledge of E & I, Low Voltage, Customer Service, Hospitality Experience, Computer Networking, Computer Skills, Cabling, Customer Support, Schematics, Human Resources, Power Tools, and Troubleshooting is also necessary.
