**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights into the company's financial performance, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, including new market entry, product launches, M&A opportunities, and fundraising efforts. Analyze scenarios and provide recommendations to support decision-making.

  • Track key financial and operational metrics, working closely with Country MDs to understand drivers of performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, collaborating with various departments to gather inputs and ensure accuracy in financial projections.

  • Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing financial insights and recommendations for business strategies and growth opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, increasing efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analysis.

  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior management, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and cost optimization studies.
