Key Responsibilities:

  • GRC Framework Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of our GRC framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Risk Remediation Efforts: Track and update on risk remediation efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, law, or a related field.

  • GRC certifications (e.g., CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or related areas.

  • Good understanding of GRC frameworks and standards.

  • Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience in supporting the development and executing of audit plans.

  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing audit reports.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Outstanding organizational skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams.

  • Active listener; Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
