We are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer Lead to join our team at ATRIBS METSCON GROUP. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Microsoft delivery team in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Power Platform technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development within the Microsoft Power Platform space.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing insights, experiences, and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform through internal and external channels.
  • Support sales cycles from a technology solution standpoint.
  • Evaluate the Microsoft Power Platform to PwC clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of software development experience, with 3 years in leading and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, focusing on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams in the design and delivery of complex technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate) are highly desirable.
