The Business Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our business. Key responsibilities include:
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective arrangements.
- Contract Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of contracts and agreements.
- Procurement Support: Assist in procuring goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate training sessions for internal staff, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on various aspects of business operations.
Requirements:
- Strong command of spoken and written English language.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in administration or a related field.
