Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and produce visually engaging photographs and video content that aligns with the Milky Makers brand and communication objectives.
  • Manage all stages of photography and video production, including project conception, filming/photographing, capturing professional quality audio, editing, distribution, and archiving.
  • Set up, manage, and operate various production equipment to ensure high-quality visuals and sound.
  • Edit and enhance photographs and videos using industry-standard software to achieve optimal results for print, web, and other mediums in a timely manner.
  • Operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio, and video recorders, and other production equipment.
  • Develop knowledge of visual effects to enhance your creations.
  • Effectively manage media and archive completed jobs.
