The role of a Senior Lecturer involves the same responsibilities as a Lecturer, with the additional responsibility of developing innovative teaching content, setting assignments, leading on Module and/or Program Leadership and creating positive impact towards the goals of the University.
We are seeking academics who have or aim to have a portfolio of research activities that offer realist prospect of publication in international refereed journals. Ideally your research portfolio should revolve around one or more of the areas highlighted above.
A strong understanding of the subject matter is required, with a proven track record of teaching and mentoring at undergraduate and postgraduate level. A PhD (Accounting) or Postgraduate degree in an accounting discipline and professional qualification such as ACCA or CA is essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They will also have a passion for teaching and learning, with a desire to make a positive impact on the students they teach.
