Wayfinding Signage Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Wayfinding Signage Expert to join our team. As a Wayfinding Signage Expert, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire signage aspect of urban planning projects.

• You will collaborate with project stakeholders to understand urban planning requirements and develop comprehensive signage plans.
• Your primary duties will include preparing accurate and detailed sign designs, coordinating with design teams and other stakeholders for approvals, interpreting signage designs provided by the design team, and evaluating potential cost-saving opportunities through cost re-engineering.
• You will also identify and source appropriate signage materials based on project specifications, quality standards, and budgetary constraints, prepare material submittals, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of approved signage materials.
• In addition, you will lead a team of site supervisors and semi-skilled workers involved in the installation of signs, develop and implement an installation plan, and monitor the installation of signs by semi-skilled workers.
• You will also conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of installed signs, identify any issues or deficiencies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Furthermore, you will collaborate with project consultants, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of signage with the overall urban planning project.
• As the primary point of contact for all signage-related matters, you will address queries, clarifications, and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
