Overview

As a Cardiac Imaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our diagnostic labs, ensuring the highest standards of care and technical excellence in cardiac and electrophysiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the cardiac and electrophysiology diagnostic labs, providing angiographic support while ensuring optimal service utilization, thorough documentation, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Assist physicians in a variety of clinical and technical procedures, including:
    • Bi-plane, single plane, and Zeego labs: Conduct examinations with precision, manage setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Power injector: Execute examinations, manage setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Educate and mentor new staff members to uphold our standards of excellence.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of medical supplies.
  • Ensure that preventive maintenance and routine cleaning are conducted as per guidelines.
  • Foster a safe working environment and promote safe work practices among employees.
  • Deliver exceptional care and attention to patients, ensuring their privacy and dignity are always respected.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Imaging or Diagnostic Radiography program (minimum three-year curriculum) is essential.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in cardiac radiography, including cardiac, vascular imaging, and ECG recognition, is required.
  • A current national license is mandatory.
