Job Overview

The role of the HSSE Leader at Sigma Earth is to implement and enhance safety and security management systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all departments. The incumbent will conduct audits, investigate crimes, and support company shrink reduction programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain store security at an optimal level at all times.
  • Conduct regular cyclic inventories and validate inventory counts.
  • Investigate discrepancies in inventory counts and identify potential losses.
  • Monitor and maintain security systems, including intrusion alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Support incident response measures and ensure timely actions after breaches.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to foster a positive and safe working environment.
