Role Overview

As a key member of our front office team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences through effective management of front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front desk activities, including cash handling and billing, to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote upselling of rooms and hotel services, maximizing revenue and enhancing the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and minimize overbookings.
  • Monitor and report on front desk performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving results.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing front desk operations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop front desk staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Previous international experience is essential, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Second or third language an asset.
