Sales and Business Development Executive

**About Procureus**: We are a rapidly growing SaaS business specialising in Anti Financial Crime technologies.
**Job Overview**: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and interest with businesses in sectors such as Financial Services, Industrials, Gaming and Real Estate.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- New Business prospecting engaging with prospective clients to generate leads and potential meetings.
- Achieving daily and weekly KPI targets by engaging with prospective clients via the telephone.
- Consistently achieving KPI targets for outreach activities set goals on outbound dials and meetings booked each week.
- Updating the HubSpot CRM with quality customer information and relevant data.
- Working closely with the Business Development Managers whom you will be booking meetings for and being part of the wider BDM team.
- Researching and identifying potential new prospects and sales opportunities.
- Learning and representing the company's products and services.
- Proactively identifying sales opportunities by staying up to date on regulatory change.
**Requirements:**
- Strong experience in B2B new business development and lead generation.
- Results-driven and KPI-focused, ready to take ownership of your responsibilities and able to demonstrate success.
- Self-starter with a creative and innovative mind in managing and developing your territory.
- Comfortable operating in a small, tight-knit team.
- Outstanding and demonstrable oral and written communication skills.
- Practical hand-on experience using sales tools such as a CRM (Hub Spot Advantageous).
- Any experience in selling a genuine Anti Financial Crime, Financial, Compliance, Cyber Security or Business Intelligence solutions, services, or SaaS products to customers in the financial services sector is desirable but not essential.
