Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed drawings using REVIT software, ensuring high-quality output and meeting project deadlines.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Site Management: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction standards.
  • Team Development: Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Industry Staying: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in residential projects with regional/international consultancy firms.
  • REVIT Proficiency: Highly proficient in REVIT modeling and production of detailed design drawings.
  • UAE Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the UAE.
