About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Specialist to join our team at e& UAE. As a Product Development Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling the managed connectivity services business unit to meet and sustain its vision for managed services propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Analysis and Development: Analyze business trends affecting the Enterprise Managed Connectivity services products – MPLS and Cloud Connectivity, and communicate with respective product managers to understand competitive environment, strategy, tactics, and other product activities.
  2. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic reports for management on all aspects of the managed connectivity services, to track strategic goal accomplishment of managed connectivity services (VoAs, revenues, forecast, funnel, business cases, pricing, discounts, churn).
  3. Product Positioning and Development: Develop product positioning activities of managed services on MPLS, Cloud Connectivity, and Managed Connectivity Services to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
  4. Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive analysis, define, and communicate key advantages.
  5. Business Case Development: Assist in the development of business case justification and financials for products and customers.
  6. Training and Development: Develop training material and deliver sessions to sales and solution architects.
  7. Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve the efficiency of product launch, delivery processes, and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Managed Services: Experience in MPLS, Cloud Connectivity, Managed Connectivity Services, and SDWAN.
  • Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills: Ability to produce results in a pressure situation and handle competing priorities.
  • Technical Aptitude and Business Acumen: Understanding of products in the cloud computing, virtualization, SDWAN, Collaboration industries is an asset.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Master degree in Business Administration is preferred, and desirable certification on Virtualization, Cloud, SDWAN, managed services practices, and project management skills.
