Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accounting department, ensuring high-quality financial services.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support strategic planning and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless audits, tax filings, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar senior accounting position.
  • Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
