  • Meeting with clients, collecting requirements for projects, and ensuring compliance by following up on the design process.
  • Reviewing prepared drawings before preparing tender documents.
  • Preparing tender documents, including contracts, technical specifications, and BOQs, according to office standards.
  • Carrying out tender analysis, responding to contractors' RFIs, and collaborating with the design team.
  • Preparing review comments for contractors' offers, communicating these comments, and obtaining revised offers.
  • Preparing tender analysis reports and briefs.
  • Evaluating tenders from qualified contractors to ensure completeness, correctness, and compliance with the required scope of work.
