Job Title

A senior banking professional is required to manage large account portfolios and client relationships in our Corporate Banking Group.

Description

We are seeking a skilled manager to grow revenue, improve service quality, and supervise subordinates to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis on clients and industries to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Originate new business opportunities, examine and resolve credit and operational risks, and negotiate deals.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain high credit quality, achieve financial performance targets, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Day-to-Day Activities: Assist the unit head with administrative tasks, follow up on KYC and compliance requirements, and manage documentation.
  • MIS and Reports: Prepare timely and accurate statements and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking (coverage).
