Key Responsibilities- Sales Focus: Achieve sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and drive commercial strategies to support the achievement of the business plan, including establishing and adjusting selling prices and maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and demonstrate results, while providing commercially focused and solution-driven advice to the Executive General Manager.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience within Genomics, with a strong background in sales planning and team management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science or related field, with excellent knowledge of the industry and excellent negotiating and communication skills.
