Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Key Project Delivery Specialist to join our team in the MENA region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and strategic initiatives for Amazon.
As a Key Project Delivery Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new business opportunities.
- Designing programs (SOPs) for operating in fast-paced 15-minute delivery services.
- Identifying automation opportunities to offer scalable solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We require at least 1 year of experience in program/product management or equivalent. You should also have experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, as well as working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with SQL is preferred, as well as owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results. You should also have experience defining and executing program requirements, complex problem-solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on business and customer offering reviews, operations excellence improvement areas, project execution, and risks.
