Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating accounting functions and programs, preparing financial analyses and reports, and maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating accounting functions and programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Preparing financial analyses and reports, including revenue projections, expenditure forecasts, and budgetary reports.
  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations, including reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
  • Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
  • Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns, including VAT returns.
  • Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
  • Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results.
  • Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.
  • Providing technical support and advice on Management Accountant.
  • Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
  • Managing accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
  • Preparing financial statements and producing budget according to schedule.
  • Directing internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Preparing month-end and year-end close process.
  • Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP/ IFRS principles.
  • Liaising with our MD and GM to improve financial procedures.
  • Communicating with clients/representatives for payments.
Requirements
  • Bachelors/Master's degree in accounting or Finance required.
  • CA background is required.
  • 07 to 10 years of experience in Building Material Trading company.
  • Strong financial analysis Skills.
  • Strong Organizational and stress management skills.
