Director of Digital Growth Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Digital Growth Strategy Director. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing high-value digital transformation opportunities across multiple sectors.

Leveraging your expertise in IT modernization, customer experience, and emerging technologies, you will drive the design and execution of robust growth strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

• Growth Strategy & Capture Leadership
  • Own and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify emerging markets, new client segments, and high-impact opportunities by leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement targeted capture strategies for enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
• Opportunity Identification & Market Analysis
  • Use a wide range of market data and personal network sources to pinpoint prospective opportunities and emerging requirements.
  • Analyze trends in IT modernization, customer experience, and technology integration to shape proactive business strategies.
• Client Engagement & Partnership Development
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with senior decision-makers, industry partners, and technology vendors.

Required Skills & Experience:

   • Integration Services: Robust API frameworks, middleware, and microservices architectures.
   • Martech Engines: Unified platforms for campaign automation, real-time analytics, and personalized experiences.
   • CX & Digital Experience: Journey mapping, service blueprinting, and immersive interface design.
   • Data & Analytics: Advanced data governance, KPI tracking, and predictive insights.
   • AI & Automation: Off-the-shelf integration with robust prompt engineering to drive creative and operational efficiencies.
   • Digital Transformation Consulting: End-to-end strategy, digital roadmaps, and sector-specific transformation frameworks.
2. Professional Qualifications:
   • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees in Business, Technology, or related fields preferred.
