Key Responsibilities:
  1. The development of group-wide digital and internal communications strategies and plans to ensure regular, timely, and relevant flow of information throughout the organization.
  2. Management of communications channels, including employee magazine, e-newsletters, events, intranet, cascade briefings, town halls, social media platforms, etc.
  3. Overseeing and managing all digital communication channels, including corporate website and social media activities.
  4. Providing strategic counsel and developing plans to communicate specific internal initiatives within a structured and coherent framework.
  5. Management of Corporate Social Responsibility program and preparation of annual CSR report.
  6. Responsibility for digital direction, design, production, and distribution of all internal communications collateral.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. 10 years of experience within a marketing or communication role, with at least 5 years in a dedicated digital internal communications post within an international organization.
  2. Experience implementing and working with IT systems and content management systems.
  3. Excellent copywriting skills.
  4. Fluent in English written and oral communication.
  5. Excellent networking and relationship skills.
