Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the allocation of supply fleets, overseeing operations, and planning geographical allocations of marine units to fulfill day-to-day operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supply Fleet Management: Allocate supply fleets for each production location and concession, considering existing and prospective business plans to ensure availability of resources at all times.
  2. Operations Oversight: Oversee the operations of the supply fleet for allocated fields to ensure optimum utilization of marine units.
  3. Geographical Allocation: Plan and oversee the geographical allocation of marine units to fulfill day-to-day operational requirements for production locations.
  4. Route Planning: Prepare route plans in accordance with production end-user schedules.
  5. Voyage Management: Manage vessels while ensuring in-field requirements are met in accordance with route performance obligations.
  6. Supply Planning: Plan vessels and supplies for production maintenance and shutdown campaigns.
  7. Interface Management: Establish an effective interface with production end-user stakeholders for timely provision of food supplies and waste skips to support site HSE.
  8. Bunker Management: Manage and monitor bunker requirements of marine units at all times.
  9. Technical Evaluation: Evaluate marine units for technical suitability for supply operations and monitor performance in accordance with ITT.
  10. Chartering Support: Provide evaluation support to vessel units being chartered-in or acquired to ensure compatibility with offshore site operations.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional qualification.
  2. Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.
  3. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas warehouse, tendering, inventory policies and processes, in addition to relevant regulations, with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production/drilling operations.
  4. Certifications: Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional (CWLP) or Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) preferred.
