We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Training Coordinator. This internship offers hands-on experience in training coordination, employee development, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating training programs for staff members.
Support the L&D team in preparing training materials, presentations, and reports.
Maintain employee training records and ensure compliance with training schedules.
Assist in organizing orientation sessions for new hires.
Gather feedback from employees and trainers to improve training effectiveness.
Help coordinate leadership development initiatives and cross-departmental training.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling training sessions and handling documentation.
Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
