  • Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing detailed information about services and vehicle options.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
  • Process reservations, contracts, and payments efficiently.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to achieving the company's sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative and/or sales role, preferably within the automotive, hospitality, or car rental industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
