**Job Purpose**

The purpose of this role is to work in the Motor Underwriting Team, quoting and issuing motor policies in line with current underwriting guidelines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and decision making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute timely production of commercial motor policies.
  • Underwrite motor policies and ensure accuracy of documents.
  • Prepare quotations and offer underwriting terms to brokers and customers.
  • Ensure all policy and related documents are dispatched/delivered to customers/brokers within shortest possible time.
  • Identify and refer risks outside personal authority limit to relevant manager.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Logical thinking and decision making.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Having Insurance knowledge and past experience in Insurance industry.
